Marine Park –  1 hour 15 minutes to 1 hour 30 minutes

BOOKING POLICY:

50% deposit required for date allocation and booking confirmation by email.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

100% refund or reschedule if Captain calls it unsafe to sail due to weather or technical issue.
Minor Affair
Cancellation 7 days before without any charge.
If cancellation is less than 7 days deposit is non refundable.
If cancellation is within 48 hours of the trip full fare applies.
Non-appearance/no written notice = 100% of full fare.

Voluntary termination by the guest of a cruise in progress will result in no refund.

REFUND GUARANTEE:

We guarantee 100% immediate refund if our captain cancels the trip due to adverse weather conditions or technical issue.  Our guests safety and comfort are of primary importance.  We will do our best to reschedule to the next available date with suitable weather conditions or offer to move the charter to an alternative boat.  If we are unable to amenably rearrange we will refund in full.
