CANCELLATION POLICY

All Cancellation Requests must be confirmed by email: info@samuiluxuryboat.com

If the request is received more than 7 days prior the Cruise, the amount already paid will be refunded minus a 2,500Bt per booking administration fee.  Guests, who cancel within 7 days prior cruise for any reason, including medical reasons, will be subject to a 50% refund. Any cancellation within 48 hours before the cruise will result in no refund. Non-appearance/no written notice = 100% of full fare.  Voluntary termination by the guest of a cruise in progress will result in no refund.
