Please allow us to monitor accurate local weather station forecasts and update you 48 hours before your trip.

Please DO NOT RELY on Mobile Phone Weather Apps, they are often inaccurate or insufficiently detailed.

Rain showers (typically short lived) do not affect safety when conditions are otherwise suitable. During the peak and high season it may not always be possible to reschedule.

We cannot guarantee perfect weather conditions, however everyone in our team gives 100% and it’s our aim to provide you with the best possible experience!

CANCELLATION POLICY

100% guaranteed immediate refund if our captain cancels the trip (this could be last minute as a result of poor weather conditions or technical issue)

Our guests safety and comfort are of primary importance

We will do our best to either reschedule to the next available date, with suitable weather conditions, or offer to move your charter to an alternative boat.

If we are unable to amenably rearrange then we will refund in full.

We do our best to assist with LAST MINUTE enquiries, however at very busy times this is not always possible.

For high season we recommend booking in-advance, we prioritize bookings and enquiries accordingly.
